Notes: Wily must have really gotten a kick out of building Clownman, and overdid it; he ended up with a mess of extra parts. So, he decided to build another ice robot master (although he may have used some of them for Searchman's extra head). Frostman's gigantic internal refrigeration unit can generate huge blasts of cold and ice.
