As if one bad Megaman game wasn't enough, Hi-Tech decided they'd crank out another one. This time, they really got messed up: First of all, notice that they seem to have forgotten that two comes after one, not three. They also ripped off Capcom's US box art for the real MM3 (which is why it's pictured above).
Again, Wily has caused robots all over the city to go haywire, after reconstructing Crorq, and Megaman goes off to stop him again.
Graphics and sound are just as bad as before. Hi-Tech didn't learn at all from their last disaster.
Ditto that last statement for gameplay. This one has six root masters as opponed to three in the last one, but it plays just as poorly as before, with idiotic stage layouts and bad play control. Sharkman was the only robot master I could make it to, and he'd still whoop my butt every time (he hops around very fast like a freakin' loony firing shots the whole time).
Not much else I can say for this game. It, like the last PC game, had potential, with some interesting robot masters, but someone dropped the ball along the way, resulting in two games that are more of a chore to play than they are fun (unless getting butt-raped by about two dozen robots moving at the speed of light is your idea of 'fun').
