Notes: To conserve materials, Dr. Wily created Stoneman's armor out of, well, stone. It still makes a suitable armor however. The Power Stone works well defensively as well as offensively, creating rotating stone spheres. Stoneman also has the ability to crumble into pieces, then reassemble.
Strengths: His mighty stone body is quite powerful, and exhibits high defense power.
Weaknesses: Stoneman is unable to stand up to powerful explosive weapons. Also, his stone armor may crack when exposed to high-frequency sound waves.
