Notes: The wheels on Topman's feet allow him to spin at near-sonic speeds. The speed at which he spins is fast enough to deflect enemy shots. However, Topman had to be built from a very light armor to achieve this, therefore his armor is rather weak.
Strengths: Topman can spin so fast, he can easily deflect any attack ssent his way.
Weakness: Topman is small and flimsy. A rock-solid weapon will crush him in a hurry.
