Notes: The best way to describe Windman is a sort of hybrid between Airman and Gyroman. He has two enormous turbines on his shoulders, able to create strong currents of air. He can also fire rotors from his arm cannon.
Strengths: He's a fairly durable robot, with great control over the air.
Weaknesses: While he controlls the skys well, a strong dimensional distortion can turn that power back on itself.
