Supplies:
-toilet paper rolls

To
begin making this craft, you will first need to
print out the napkin ring design and Hello Kitty
heads.
Then,
cut out the napkin ring design and wrap it
around the toilet paper roll to make sure it fits
well at the top and bottom. You may need to trim
some of the black area at the top and bottom to
ensure proper fit.
After
trimming, glue ring design to the toilet paper
roll and set aside to dry. While drying, cut out the
Hello Kitty heads.
Next,
get the toilet paper roll and flatten it until
you can cut across the black lines in the middle
to separate the rings. Be careful and make sure
the rings are cut evenly.
Once
the rings are separated, shape the toilet
paper roll back into a ring shape and glue the
Hello Kitty head on top of crease where the paper
meets.
Finally,
slide the rings over the napkins.
