Clamp is an all female anime/manga company. The members are:

Nanase Ohkawa - she is the main scriptwriter and handles all of the business affairs.
Mokona Apapa - Chief Artist and character designer.
Mick Nekoi - CLAMP's secondary artist, toner and touch-up artist.
Satsuki Igarashi - layout artist and assistant artist.

Their art work is extrmely beautiful and in my opinion their story-lines are excellent aswell.
