Interlude*~Silent, Deadly, and Revenge

I was up early this morning. It had to be around three thirty in the morning or so because Aaliyah was still asleep which is pretty rare; she was usually up at five so that’s how I knew it was early. I was dressed by four thirty and was out the door at five. I had some bills to pay, some groceries to pick up, some kids to pick up and drop off, and then I also had to be at Beyonce’s doctor appointment. Li told me I had to go to those. Something about since I got her pregnant I needed to act like a father and get out there and make sure she was at least doing alright. By the time I got home I just didn’t even feel like doing anything. I just wanted to sleep. As I walked in the door it was overly quiet. Something was wrong. Something had to be wrong. There was no way that it would be this quiet this late in the afternoon. “Li! Baby where are you?” I turned the corner and was stunned at the sight in front of me. There were words written on the wall...and was it blood? Blood? What the fuck was going on? “Li!!!” The words became bigger as  I headed down the hall. You’re getting closer. Just a little further. Are you scared yet? I ran into the bedroom; things were thrown around everywhere, blood everywhere. I looked at the bathroom door that was closed; there stood out in bold. Bitch. Whore. I told you you’d be sorry. I ran to the door and opened it. There she was; sprawled out on the floor, things lying everywhere around her. Obviously she had tried to grasp for anything that could possibly help her. I bent down to her nude body and put my fingers up to her neck; she was still breathing. I quickly pulled out the cell phone that I had for reasons like this and dialed 911 as fast as I could. This shit pissed me off, and now all of this shit that was fucking up my life had become the turning point in my life. I was so tired of all of this and there was no way anybody was coming close to laying a hand on my family. I don’t care who I had to kill to keep my family safe, as long as I got the satisfaction of getting to them before the cops would.
