~*Chapter 2*~

“Alright make sure it gets to him alright?” Aaliyah paced the floor and glanced out the window. “Yes I’m sure. Alright bye.”

“Hey honey,”

“Hey Jay,” Aaliyah smiled and kissed him softly and wrapped her arms around his waist.

“So how did your doctor’s appointment go?” Justin asked and watched her glance away for a second and then looks back at him with a smile.

“Well you might want to sit down for this one.”

“Is something wrong?”

“Just listen to what I’m about to tell you ok?” Aaliyah watched him nod and shrugged. “Now I wasn’t expecting this but Justin, I’m pregnant.”

“That’s great!”

“Really?”

“Really!”

Aaliyah looked at him and smiled. “Wow you took the news a lot better than I did.” She let out a slight laugh. “I actually fainted and they couldn’t get me to wake up for about fifteen minutes.”

Justin looked at her and laughed. “Well ms. Future mother to be, congrats.”

“Well you’re going to be a daddy, wow.” She smiled softly. “All this time I just thought I was getting fat. Hmm…that’s a relief that it wasn’t from my eating.”

“Yeah but I think you’ll be a awesome mother.” Justin said and slowly watched as her smile started to fade off of her face and he knew exactly what she was thinking. “Lili, look at me.” He turned her head to look at him and smiled. “Look, I don’t care what people think and you shouldn’t care too much either, as long as we’re happy it doesn’t matter what other’s think because in the end I would die for you and our child Aaliyah. Just remember that.”

Aaliyah nodded and brought her hands up to her mouth. “Ya know the Diary crew will be here in about half an hour correct?”

“Correct,” Justin looked at her and then started to laugh. “Li don’t you even go all shy on me now. You know very well that you’ve done this before and so you should be fine.” He touched her on her nose and smiled. “As long as you stay by my side and don’t freak out I will hold your hand through out this whole ordeal.”

~* Two hours later*~

~*May 24^th, 2002*~

“It’s day one and you guys are lucky and privileged to spend the next few days with me and my wonderful fiancé. Sounds fun doesn’t it?”

“Well we are currently on our way to an interview with MTV News. Lili over here is clinging to me like she’s going to fall over and die from hyperventilation.” Justin laughed and looked at Aaliyah who had dug her face into his chest. “Once again she’s playin’ like she’s shy. Yeah right.”

“I heard that Jay.” Aaliyah looked up at him and rolled her eyes. “Keep playin with me Jay, I dare you to.”

“Aaliyah is currently going through her “being mad with everyone” stage right now at the age of twenty-four. I really thought that you have those stages when you’re small, ya know like a toddler, but not for Aaliyah. Well let me shut up now before she kills me.”

“So how long have you two been together?”

“Wow…um Jay?”

“It’s been about three years as of today.”

“That’s great you two. It’s really amazing because most celebrity couples don’t last to long.”

“Well I hope this will last forever.” Aaliyah smiled and looked at Justin.

“It took a lot of time for Aaliyah to warm up to our relationship. Mostly because she is so terrified of what people think of us as a couple. I try my best to make her feel pretty good about our relationship because I made sure I let her know that I love her and I would do anything for her.”

“That was very interesting to sit through.” Aaliyah smiled and looked over her shoulder at Justin who was asleep. “I think I wore him out…to bad time to wake him up.” She jumped on him and laughed as he looked up at her and shook his head. “Rise and shine sleepy head. We are going to go do some shopping that has nothing to do with you shopping for yourself! Sounds like fun right?’

“Yay, whoopee!” Justin said sarcastically and laughed. “But just don’t take a long time alright?”

Aaliyah nodded quickly and turned to look at the camera with a smile. “Yeah right.”

“Justin is the major shoe shopper, me on the other hand, a clothing freak. I love to buy clothes. I got news a few weeks ago that I’m indeed pregnant so lately I’ve been making sure that I have everything to be ready. So we are going baby stuff shopping. Right now we don’t know if it’s a boy or a girl so the easiest thing to do now is think of neutral things.”

“If it was a girl what should its name be?”

Aaliyah glanced up from the baby book and shrugged. “Um… what about Elizabeth? I mean it’s cute and simple.”

“What do you think about Britney?”

Aaliyah glared at him and watched as he shrugged and started to laugh. “You have got to be kidding me.”

Justin laughed and turned the page. “Kidding…”

Aaliyah rolled her eyes. “What about boys?”

“What about Alex?”

“Cute, I like Noah and Nick.”

“Those are cute too.”

“At first Aaliyah was a little optimistic about having children and now she’s a little excited. Tomorrow we get news on whether the baby is a boy or a girl and really, I think I’m more excited than Lili.”

“Well you all we just got back from the ultrasound and we got some big news. We are having triplets and to tell you the truth I think that Justin took the news really well I mean we were like one was too much, now three? That’s a handful.”

“You’re telling me? I think it’s really cool, but you know, Aaliyah is a handful herself.”

“I heard that Jay.” Aaliyah said and stuck her tongue out at Justin.

“Heard what.” Justin winked at the camera. “Keep that on the down low yall.”

“See yall got to take a look into a few days of our lives and we’ll see you all next week won’t we?” Justin asked and looked at Aaliyah.

“Sure will. Well till then. MWA!” Aaliyah laughed and blew a kiss.
