Chapter 14*~

Lynn looked at her granddaughter and then up to Aaliyah. “What’s wrong?” She asked and saw her shrug.

“I don’t know, I guess some part of me is wishing I wasn’t alone right now.” Aaliyah shrugged. “But I guess some part of me is saying that I deserve to be alone for the rest of my life.”

Lynn looked at her, “Look, no one deserves to be alone, including you.” She smiled, “Besides your such a wonderful young woman, your still young, and your starting to sound like you just turned fifty.”

Aaliyah laughed and looked at her. “I don’t know, I still think that it was kind of my fault me and Justin didn’t last for forever.”

Lynn smiled and pulled her head up to look at her. “Look sweetie, don’t blame yourself for you and Justin’s breakup, and as his mother, I do believe that he made the worst decision of his life, now I don’t have anything against Christina but I do believe he still has feelings for you.” She looked at her. “No matter how much he denies it he knows that he loves you with every part of his heart.” Lynn smiled, “Besides don’t ever regret anything that happened between you two because I got a wonderful granddaughter out of it.”

Aaliyah smiled and looked back at her, “Thanks, I really needed that.” She smiles and hears the door, “I’ll be back.” Aaliyah ran towards the front door and opened it. “Justin...hi...” She said and closed the door behind him.

Justin turned to look at her, “Liyah, we need to talk.” He said and looked at her.

“Liyah who is it?” Lynn asked and looked at her son. “Well, we were just talking about you.”

“Mom..” Justin said and looked at her. “Wow I didn’t know you were here.”

“Yeah well Saturday is Izzy’s birthday so I decided to help Liyah with some things.” Lynn said. “Well I’ll leave you two to talk.” She said and walked back into the other room with Issabell.

Aaliyah nodded and looked back at Justin. “So what do we need to talk about?”

Justin looked at her as they sat down. “We should have had this conversation a long time ago.” Justin sighed, “Now how did you feel when we broke up?”

She turned and looked at him, “I hated you to death, my biggest hope was that you would die a cruel death.”

Justin raised an eyebrow, “Ok that’s completely understandable.” He looked at her, “But how do you feel about me now? Because I love you with my entire heart.” Justin said.
