Chapter 15*~
“Justin
I love you to death .” Aaliyah said and looked at him and smiled a little. “As much
as I hated you the day we broke up, I never stopped loving you but always a few
things bugged me about you.”
Justin
looked at her, “Ok well what bugged you the most about me?”
“You
always acted like my brother and Justin I don’t need a brother, more than
anything I needed a husband not a brother.” She said and looked at him.
You keep on actin like
I really need a brother
Man I don't need a brother
Better get you're ish together
Can't keep on holding on
Waitin' for you
And baby there is where you messed up
Justin looked at her and sighed. “I realized
that now, and I should have been there for you as a husband.” Justin smiled at
her a little. “Aaliyah would you give me a second chance to be your husband not
your brother.”
Aaliyah
looked at him, “What about Christina?” She asked.
“Well,
Christina decided sometime last week that me and her shouldn’t be together and
that our relationship is nothing more than just friends.” Justin shrugged, “So
both of us thought maybe it would be better for us to get a divorce.” Justin
took her hand in his and looked at her. “So are you willing to give this
relationship a chance?”
Aaliyah
looked at him for a long while before answering. “I guess we could try again.”
She said and smiled as she hugged him.
What would you do
To get to me
What would you say
To have your way
Would you give up
Or try again
If I hesitate
To let you win
Or would you be yourself
Or play your role
Tell all the boys
Or keep it low
If I say no
Would you turn away
Or play me off
Or would you stay?
Lynn watched from the door and smiled and watched Issabell run from
behind her and into her fathers arms.
~*Saturday afternoon*~
“Happy
Birthday sweetie.” Aaliyah and Justin said and watched their daughter smile.
“Thanks,”
She said and hugged them both, “I love
you,” She said as she ran back with her friends
“You know once in my life I think I made a good decision.” Justin said
and looked at Aaliyah and his mother. “I think that I finally made a decision I
will never regret.”
Aaliyah
laughed, “Lets hope so.” She looked at him, “But without your mothers help I
don’t think that I would have said yes to us trying again.”
“Thanks
mom,” Justin said and laughed.
“Your
very welcome.” Lynn smiled, “Now come on we have about fifteen kids to keep up
with and Aaliyah I don’t think your mother can keep up with them all by
herself.”
Justin
smiled as they walked. He was finally happy, he was finally where he wanted to
be.
So
from then on they lived happily ever after, or did they?
