Summary: The fate of Tokyo rests in the hands of a twenty-one year old college student. A man with the true power of the snake is the only hope this large city of Japan has, and Kenshin gives it his all. However, when a young woman by the name of Kamiya Kaoru steps into the picture, Kenshin’s work just keeps piling up. Not only does he have classes to attend and a job, but now he must keep the Symbol of the Snake and everything that it represents a secret. When the Makoto Clan gets wind of Kenshin’s new attraction, they do whatever they can to force Kenshin into submitting his pendant over to them, even risk kidnapping Kaoru.

Snake's Charm: "Red-eyed Wonder"
Author's Note: I had a lot to think about in the past few days, besides writing my first Rurouni Kenshin fan fiction, “Metallic Tears,” and an idea for a hopefully interesting story began to swim around in my head. It’s still just a thought, mind you, but I couldn’t help but want to write it down. So, I hope you enjoy reading it. Don’t worry about my other story; I’m still writing it. And these characters of Rurouni Kenshin might seem out of character, but there will be a point to it. So, don’t get all upset over it. I have changed their ages as well to fit my story a little better.
As for a disclaimer; I don’t own Rurouni Kenshin and the anime’s characters. I do own the plot of this thought and the characters I take the time to create, but other than that, I’m just shit out of luck.
Closing Note: This fan fiction is still on-going. For right now, I'm focusing all my attention on "Metallic Tears."
