Ieyasu Tokugawa
The first Tokugawa Shogun. He was the first son of Hirotada Matsudaira. In 1560 when Nobunaga defeated Imagawa, Ieyasy followed the winner and he fought as a Nobunaga supporter. When Nobunaga died in 1582, Ieyasha expanded his territory by seizing the Imagawa territories.He won the battle of Sekigahara and was named Shogun in 1603.
