Tables and Things
well here are my tables of random stuff that can happen to the poor little maggots that are my troubleshooters. Now these aren't in a table format because I am lazy and I'll be makeing enought changes to the tables on this page that it isn't worth doing the whole table thing. Now I own a 1d30 I'm not shur why I bought it but I did so now I am going out of my way in order to find a use for it. That means just about all these tables will be based on a 1d30. You can convert it to a 1d20 by just takeing out some of the events you don't like. Of curse not all these tables are finnished at the moment but they will be. Of course I'm not going to stop just cause I got 30 items on one list...there are always 1d100's. These are just here to make fugeing certain things a whole heck of alot easyer.
R&D Event Table
1-2 Suddenly a tech grabs you and says come here quickly we are in urgent need of your help with a gravitational testing device please stand her now. You are forcibly placed on an X painted on the floor with blood spatters all around it. Before you can react a 20 ton block of lead falls not a half inch behind you squishing several dozen little midgets.
3-4 A strange portwhole opens in time and space opens up and a creature consiting mostly of teeth tenticals and bad aditude emergers and begins to devorer everything near by. Thous without weapons are provied with random ones.
5-6 a R&D tech walks up to you and jab a siringe into your are then shrugges and walks away. There next clone is a midget new states and skills.
7-8 Several bezerk robots start rampageing around doing damage to everything near befor the emergancy gravity testing device can be used against it. All weapons have no effect so they must doge untill it works out.
9-10 Suddenly a crowd of techs goes running in the other dircetion screaming for there lives. If investication is made there trouble shooters will either find a bunny or nothing at all. If no doge test one wound trampleing damage.
11-12 THe trouble shooters suddenly end up over where they were five minuts ago and every one is going is fast fowards untill the rest of everyone else catches up. Any m,ovement durinfg this time can cause the clone to become unstuck in time and he will wander the past and feuture trying to always find the present.
13-14 A swarm of what apear to be chickes with lobster claws sticking out of random parts of their bodys. They attack the trouble shooters of course but are fairly easy to whipe out. Durning the battle they hear one tech yelling at onther chickens and lobsters DO NOT MIX
15-16 While all three of you are grabbed straped down into chairs with your eyelids are pinned open, you are injected with drugs and forced to watch moves. When you are done any act of violence makes you physicly ill untill you comit suscide or find the cure with in the R&D lab. (it's always in the white box next to the door saying cure)
17-18 a tech goes insane and trieds to attack you with some sort or bizzare weapon but it fails and explodes. If they fail there doge test they are hit str 7
19-20 a tech walks up to you and hands you three grandaes and says I neep you to test these out at the earlyest possible convince and then get back to me on how they work. These can be normal granades duds or special it's all up to you
21-22 one of the midgets grows to be 15 feet tall and very very irate. Several techs choos the trouble shooters to deal with the situation.
23-24 a midget runs up to you and hands you a bottle full of eyeballs then walks off
25-26 a tech walks up to you stabs you in the arm with a needle then shrugs and walks off. The trouble shooter begins to see strange and terrible things all around him, think up an apropriatly horride hallucination for him
27-28 A tech runs up to one of the trouble shooters with a force sword chopped of a random apendage and instructs a dozen or so bots to reatach it. The bots are 6 inches tall and there is maby about 12-18 of them. It is compleatly up to you wheather or not the bots suceed at reataching the limb in the right spot, wrong spot, or if they even give back the limb at all. Just go with it maby if the player is good he could end up with a new biomechanical limb.
29-30 A tech runs over to the players and shouts please help me but befor they can a strange lookinbg creature bursts out of his chest and retreats into the ventaltion duct. it is up to you wether or not they will meet again.

11-12 Monkeys!...no not the band

15-16 Crawling Eyeballs
17-18 Dismebodied hands (I'm litening to the misfits right now can't you tell!)
19-20 the puppets from puppet master (yes all of them...and if you haven't seen the movie then who needs you)
PLC Event Table
1. Mugged by vulture troopers they try to take everything of value
2. A crazy Eddie looking to sell some granades comes over to talk to the players
3. An under cover insec agent comes over and tries to sell some stuff to the players
4. An infared clone bumps into the players and drops several plastcreds
5. They are taken hostage by a memeber of purge and in returen for there safety the employees will have to give up weapons
6. Communists try to recruit them
7. A stressed looking clone gives them a give a algea chips and tells them to deleiver these to room Xp7#4217 or all will be lost. Inside the room there will be a sea of thouse little connecting dolls made of paper and nothihng else...or is you can think of something really cool or creepy to use instread use that.
8. A vulture trooper lets them try there hand at shooting a Laser rifle at some infa reds...he dosn't take it back when they are done
9. A communist begins handing out anti commputer literary several heavly armed Insec Agents shows up and punish all thouse within a area of effect
10. The trouble shooters are deemed unclean by a swarm of scrub bots... go from there!
11. All the sudden they find them in the middle of a Trekkers convension
12. Out of nowhere a rather flashy looking clone with a microphone and cameras all around him shouts "there the traitor is get him, the one who dose get's this wonderful magical mystery prize." The croud of clones behind him surges fowards most of them are aremed with blugeons, some however are armed with laser pistols and slug throwers. At anyrate no one really knows who he pionted at but then again dose it really matter...
13. An assember of god begins to preach about the wonders of the computer and is either shot by someone in Purge or they tell on the trouble shooters who did something horribly wrong
14. A Seal Clubber decides that the trouble shooters would look better covered in dirt!
15. Communists try to make a major raid on this PLC thingy the trouble shooters hold them off untill the Vulture troopers arive to clean the area out.
