Okay,
what is there to do in Orlando? Lots
and lots. I spent over $800 in 1 week and I was halfway "watching
my money" so be careful new people coming down, there is so much.
Downtown Disney: This place is great for day and nightlife. This is where you'll find Cirque De Soliel, Wolfgang Pucks, nice movie theater, the (my favorite) Virgin Megastore (if you don't know it's a CD/book/misc store...not what your thinking ya perve). Pleasure Island (from what I hear, only $10 on thursday nights for cast memebers) is here also and it is a great place with live music, dance clubs of all kinds, and one of my favorites the jazz club complete with cigar outlet (a-very nice) and more...also there is Planet Hollywood (actually shaped like a big planet (hooray!), the House of Blues, and Disney Quest, a five story arcade also calls downtown Disney home as well as many other places to shop. Disney Parks: Of course you have the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM studios, Animal Kingdom that we will get into for free, that's years worth of stuff to do right there. Downtown Orlando has a wide assortment of clubs, bars, shopping and dining that I saw on my trip. Also just north of orlando I found I really cool Independent movie theater called Enzian that also serves gormet foods...check it out...I'll probably be there often. Feel free to email me with other places of interest in Orlando and I'll Post it right here! You can also add your own links here! |
