Finally, after a lot of hard work we can present this fan project in it's full glory:
The first Norwegian U2 DVD in history!

The show will be released this weekend by me on U2Torrents, and I kindly ask everyone receiving this DVD by mail, to help seeding, when I have posted the DVD!

When a sufficient number of people have downloaded the DVD from U2Torrents, the DVD will be seeded (and allowed seeded by others) on non-limit sites like TheTradersDen etc. The reason why we start on one site only is to get a good speed on the torrent, and avoiding to seed for weeks before it finishes.

As you can see, this will not be a complete show, but a mix of all the camera footage available so far from this concert. (If your sitting on material from this concert, please let us know, for a future v2.0 of this DVD)

The Oslo show is the only Vertigo 2005 show which is GA ONLY! Therefore you shouldn't expect very steady filming on this DVD. Most of the video footage is shot very close to stage though, so look out for some beautiful closeups and som real U2 moments!

Hopefully, this DVD will give you the feeling of being in the GA area at a U2 concert, with all the shoving, heads that block your sight etc...

We will forever be grateful to him for making this DVD as a perfect memory for us and the other 40.000 people at Valle Hovin 27th of July 2005.

Use this project as inspiration for getting as many U2 shows out to EVERYBODY as possible. Only by sharing all the footage and recordings we have, can we preserve the herritage of U2 for the future!

Old VHSs and DVs quality are fading in time, so please help making and spreading digital copies in the highest possible quality, while we still have the masters in good shape!

A big thanks to all the filmers and recorders of the Vertigo Tour and previous tours who have freely shared their material. I hope your work will inspire people hanging on to tapes etc, to spread the material for the best possible preservation!

(And may I add a BIG F.U. to the people selling bootlegs on eBay etc. endangering the entire community for law suits etc!)
