A page was set up and details organised literally overnight. At first Harls only accepted a few people and arranged them in an order of fandom. Now she accepts anyone who displays a real love, and everyone is considered equal! The first newsletter was gonna be by snail mail, but because this takes a very long time, an online password protected newsletter was set up. Then a monthly newsletter by e-mail. Finally the mailing list was formed, and has proven to be the most successful and up to date.

The club retains alot of it's original members, who have proven to be the most dedicated. The membership at one time had fluctuated to almost 100, imprsssive for such a small, non profit organisation, but by means of elimination and renewal, the real fans have been weeded out and the club maintains a steady average of 30-40 members.

The club prefers to keep it's membership small, because the members thrive on friendship and natural bonds between them. A club originally set up for the truly passionate fans has remained that way, for it is the truly passionate who have stuck with the club and who participate in everything it does.

The club has grown and sharpened since it's first conception. Being non profit and non professional, it has had to learn as time goes by how best to manage things, and slowly but surely, it is becoming a great club. Now it has a website, and preparations are underway to create T-shirts, keychains and proper membership cards.(The first cards were crappy, the second were transmitted via e-mail, now we wanna make some REAL cards wheeeee). Total club commitment is required in these things, and once again the members prove their true fandom. The result is a club that is up-to-date, shares great discussions, news, rumors and bursts of creativity. So if ya like everything you hear and want to join...just keep reading....

As many of the members are under 18 and their parents don't want them giving out their addresses, the club exchanges info, rumors, ideas and opinions via a mailing list. Basically a 24 hour newsletter, it generated 2000 messages in its first three months of being active!!!!! This way you can chat and participate in the club and get to know all the other great members!

If your application is accepted, Harley will give you the URL to sign up with this newsletter. If you don't do that, then you're not considered a member!!! It is the final step to completeing membership.

To be eligible for membership you need to EMAIL HARLEY detailing how long ya've been a Harley fan for, to what lengths you have gone to get related merchandise, and why you love Harley.(see the join page for exact format in how to present this e-mail). Because this is a non profit organisation we're looking mainly for only hardcore fans, who will join in frequently, not those who join simply for the sake of it.Be warned those who plan to join just for the heck of it: You will eventually be booted off the mailing list and your membership will be cancelled! This is a club that is building up to bigger and better things, so only the very dedicated will grow with it!!! The point of the club is to learn about Harley and keep up to date with Harley news, and to share Harley love.Only through frequent participation can this be achieved, and so far it's been enormously successful in doing so!!! (Not to mention exsquisite fun!!!!!!)

No member is allowed to "initiate" any othas without direct permission or approval from Harley, the president and founder.

No bickering or nasty competition between members. We are united as Harleyites and should stay that way!!!

No 'secret" infromation pertaining to Harley in the club may be shared with anyone other than another member.

NOTE: Failure to comply with these conditions will result in being stripped of membership!!
