Jesus says that to beable to see heaven you HAVE to be born again. "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again,he cannot see the Kingdom of God." John 3:3
Gods word the Bible tells us how to be born again.Which means to be saved.
How?
1.Realize there's only one way to get to Heaven. John 3:3 (above)
2.You have to realize your a sinner.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,"
And because you've sinned you are condemed to death unless you are born again.
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is
eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
3.God Loves You!
"For God so loved the world that he gave His
only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have
everlasting life."
4.Jesus died for you, and rose again.
"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while
we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
God gave His Son Jesus (that knew no sin)to bare your sins and die for you.
For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we
might become the righteousness of God in Him
Jesus had to die and shed his blood. "Much more then having now
been justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him."
5. You have to repent and receive salvation
"Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."
To repent means to change your mind and agree with God that you are a sinner,
and to TRUELY feel sorry for your sins,and turn from them, and then to simply
ask forgiveness for them.
Now if you have realized you are a sinner and have not asked Jesus into your heart to be your Savior and would like to. Pray this prayer and ask him to come into your heart.
Dear Lord, I know I am a sinner, and I believe Jesus died on the cross and rose again to take away my sins. I ask you to forgive me of my sins and come into my heart and save me. Thank you for forgiving me and saving me by your wonerful grace. Amen."
Now if you said that prayer and meant it, I welcome you to the family!!! :-D
If you do not believe in Jesus who died for you and recieve him as your Saviour you will spend eternity in Hell! You CANNOT go to Heaven just by doing good, or going by going to church. You HAVE to be born again.
You maybe saying it cannot be that simple, but it is. The Word of God says it is. So believe in Jesus and recieve Him as your Saviour today!
