§ 5-28-207. Contents of central registry.
The central registry shall contain, but shall not be limited to:
(1) Information contained in the initial written or telephone report;
(2) Records of final disposition of the report and the investigation thereof, including services offered and services accepted, and whether the report is founded or unfounded;
(3) The plan, if any, for rehabilitation, treatment, or preventive or ameliorative services, or both;
(4) The names and identifying data, dates, and circumstances of persons requesting or receiving information from the registry; and
(5) Any other information which might be helpful in furthering the purposes of this chapter.
