§ 5-28-212. Expungement of information.
Unless an investigation of a report conducted pursuant to this chapter determines that a preponderance of the evidence exists of alleged abuse, sexual abuse, or neglect of an endangered adult, all information identifying the subject of the report shall be expunged from the central registry one (1) year after the report was filed with the Department of Human Services.
