Once upon this time, a mysterious floating city called Tiphares existed.
Tiphares was supposedly a utopian place. Our story however takes place in the scrapyard of Tiphares on earth. There the scrapyard people dreamed of living in Tiphares.
Within the scrapyard one night, a cyborg doctor named Ido found a head and part of a torso of a still living girl.
He took her home and fixed her up. He gave her the name "Alita" (Gally in Japanese). But Ido lead a double life. At night he was a hunter-warrior, the replacement for police within the scrapyard.
One night, when he was battling a tough, ugly opponent, Alita, which was following him that night, suddenly does the Panzer Kunzt, the most difficult battle move to make. Astounded by this inner strength, tries to find out who she is. While searching who she is, she met a cute guy, falling in love with him. But will falling in love distract her from the real world of Tiphares?

MY OPINION: I saw it a long time ago. I remember it was really a good movie You should watch it if you love robotajaminic, science-fiction, girl power, and mystery…and romantic story in one. I hope they redo the movie with fresher faces or something. It's an old movie. |
