Lord Remember Me ~*~ The rest of the story" I.J.Wilson- (copyright) August 16, 1996(intro.)is always to be sang at the beginning of song. There were three men, condemed to die at Calvary. My precious Savior hanging there between two thieves. While one contempt, and mocked my Lord, One Believed !. He had compassion with my Lord, And said, "Remember Me" Chorus: Remember me, When you come into your Kingdom; These words still ring, that all the world can hear: It was the words, the thief cried out on Calvary. Because of faith, My Lord forgave, and washed away all fear; This day your soul shall be with me, in Paradise. He still forgives if you believe, and humbly pray: My Lord Remember me. (1) Death was near, So very near, That day on Calvary; The thief, Had not a chance before, to know my precious Lord: He placed his trust , in one condemned, And heard His final plea; "Forgive,! They know not, what they do" And Then he said, "Remember Me." Repeat Chorus: (2) This world is just a stepping stone, We're only passing through; As a vapor here, We soon will disappear: He's saying now, "Be Ready" There is work for you to do: The time is NOW, The Harvest White, Take up The cross, And say "Remember Me." Listen! as the Sweet music flows across the valley Ringing out The good news. |

Like The Father's Heart If you can love your brother with true unselfishness, Living not just for yourself, but for his happiness; If you can treat your neighbor with kindness, pure and sweet, Not looking for reward or gain. not bent on fame or greed; If you can lift one heart that's down, or touch another life, refrain from judging motives, avoiding needless strife; If you can try to understand a little more today and help a weaker brother again to find his way; If you can smile when trouble comes knocking at your door, and learn from every problem a lesson that's in store; If you can live your life each day as if it were your last, forgiving every debtor, forgetting all the past; If you can offer grace to those so desperate for love-- you'll find your life's a mirror of The Father's Heart Above.
