In Tune with the Earth. Literally.
Wheel of the Year by Steve Reel
Instrumental New Age Fusion music featuring acoustic guitar, drums, world percussion, bass, native flutes, and synthesizer.
Instead of being tuned to A440 Hz (standard tuning in the west), Wheel of the Year is tuned to the Earth Year Frequency, the sound of the Earth's revolution around the sun.
By raising it 32 octaves, we can hear the Earth Year Frequency as a note.
This note (136.10 Hz) is never found in "normal" music, as it falls between C and C#.
This tone is very relaxing, is excellent for meditating, and has been used for centuries by mystics all over the world, including Tibetan monks and saddhus (Holy Men) of India.
