Anna's Chocolate
Self Saucing Pudding

This pudding is sheer perfection !!!

1 Cup Self Raising Flour
2 TBS Cocoa
1 Oz Butter
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Cup Milk
3/4 Cup White sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Essence

SAUCE TOPPING

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Cocoa
1 3/4 cups of Boiling Water

METHOD


Sift flour salt and cocoa,
add sugar and mix well
Stir in the milk Vanilla ess and melted butter
Mix until smooth - spread evenly in a greased pie dish.
Mix the brown sugar and cocoa together and sprinkle
Onto the top of the above mix.
Very gently pour over the boiling water,
I pour it into a large spoon
and dribble it onto the mix.
Bake in oven 350 degrees F ,
or 180c for around 30 minutes

Then hide in a cupboard
and eat the whole lot YOURSELF !!!!
