NANA'S
2 tablespoons of Gelatine
1/2 cups boiling water
4 tablespoons cold water
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Soak gelatine in cold water
Then dissolve in hot water
Add sugar - vanilla ess and salt
And beat until thick
And creamy
Pour into dampened tin &
Cut when cool
Roll in toasted coconut
Or
Coloured coconut
