NEW ZEALAND PAVLOVA AND KIWIFRUIT

 

THIS ONE WILL HAVE YOU LEAPING FOR JOY !!!
  • 4 egg white
  • 3/4 cup finely ground sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vinager
  • few drops vanilla ess
  • pinch salt

 

whisk eggs and sugar in a dry basin for until stiff and forms peaks -

fold in the vinager,then cornflour vanilla and salt

beat until stiff again.

line a tin ( normal cake size) with well buttered paper and form up the sides

turn on the oven to 250 degrees and let it reach that temp when it does turn the oven off put in the Pavlova and turn the oven off and walk away

leave until cold

take out of oven and cover with whipped cream and slices of NEW ZEALAND Kiwifruit
