- 1 oz Butter
- 1 Cup boiling water
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup of mixed dried fruit
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ½ Tablespoons sugar
Melt butter in a large saucepan and add water stir well
Add the rest of the ingredients
Place in a bowl inside a large saucepan and steam for 2
hoursPut the lid on the saucepan but not on the bowl.
