Ingredients:
1 Box Spice Cake Mix
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
4 Cups ( 2 - 1 Pound Jars ) Candied Fruit Mix
1/2 Cup Red Candied Cherries
1/2 Cup Green Candied Cherries
1 1/2 Cups Seedless Raisins
1 (6 1/2oz) Package Dates
4 1/2 Cups Pecans Or Any Desired Nuts.
2 Tubs of White ready spread Frosting Mix (Note: You may only need one !!)Mixing Instructions :
Bake Both Cakes, In Seperate Pans ( 9 x 12 According To Package Directions. Cool And Crumble In Large Container.
Mix In Frosting, And Fruit And Nuts.
Line Tube Pan With Waxed Paper. Pack Cake Mixture Into Pan And Allow To Set.
Remove From Pan Before Slices.Note:
If there are things here that you don't like or don't have on hand, leave them out and add other things. Example: don't like dates, leave them out and add more raisins. Don't like raisins, leave them out and add more fruit. Add as many nuts as you like. In my book he more the merrier
