Ingredients:
2 Ibs. carrots
1 Ig. onion, sliced in rings
1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions:
Cut carrots in chunks and partially cook. Heat sugar, vinegar,
cooking oil, salt, until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Add undiluted
soup to this mixture and then pour over the vegetables.
Let stand overnight for better flavor.
