The Justice of the Clan
- Should any murder without cause, the friends and family of the deacesed may decide the punishment, if unwilling or aunable, then death.
- Should any steal from another without cause, then the perpetrator wilt repay five fold that which wast stolen.
- For bearing false witness, the perpatrator wilt suffer the punishment that the falsly accused would have.
- For disobeying orders, the perpetrator's punishment wilt be decided by the warriors that fought beside him or her, the commander, or the judges if they art unwilling or unable to do so.
- For treachery gainst the Clan, the perpetrator wilt be banished or exectued, according to the will of the Judges.
- If there is a dispute between to members, then arbitration must be tried first. but between an outsider and a member, then arbitration must first be tried if both parties art agreeable.
- In the case of multiple characters, their actions art seperate save in the most extreme of situations, the judges may decide yea or nay, and dictate punishment thereby.
- For betraying an ally, the life of the perpetrator may be given to the ruler of the betrayed, or sentenced to death.
- No charges may be brought against another without sufficient proof or cause. i.e. one witness, or the judges discression.
- The punishment for forcibly subduing a clan member or an outsider is either death, or the choice of fates by the victim/family/or friends.
- Failure is not to be punished, only failure to try.
- If a successor to the throne is lacking, then one wilt be chosen by the judges out of candidates selected by other members.
