I Know God
Never thought I'd see you.
Never thought you'd come.
Never knew where the answer to,
My prayer was coming from.
Finally I gave in and then
Finally hit my knees.
Finally, when I believed you'd come.
He calmed the raging seas.
I know God, He still answers prayer.
I'm not sure when or where,
But He'll fill our every care.
I know God, it can't be denied.
Through all the tears I cried,
His love He'd never hide.
Seldom we're together.
Seldom we can talk.
Seldom times our strides the same,
in our worldly walk.
Maybe we could try it.
Maybe we should see.
Maybe He would bless us both,
If we'd get down on our knees.
I know God, He still answers prayer.
