About Facility:
Fire Station 2 provides protection in the 3rd Battalion along with the Mill Street Station (Station 5). This area contains primarily the cities tourism section, but also contains most of the cities residential sector. This fire facility has 4 bays and is 2 stories high. It also has a heliport located adjacent to the building. The rooms include an apparatus floor, a day room, a kitchen, a sleeping room, and some offices.
This station supplies Fire and EMS protection services primariy in the tourist district of Dutchess City. This district contains many residential apartment buildings, hotels, and a large beach-front. This station also assist the medic units for ALS incidents in the district, via Squad 8.
