Frances Massey, born 1810-1811, the wife of James Eubanks, was the daughter of Andrew and Mary (McManus) Massey of Chesterfield Co., South Carolina. When Frances' father died, a document in Madison County, Tennessee named the heirs. For "love and affection" for her children, gave them her interest in the Madison Co. land in her husband's estate. To son, Alvin Massey, a 1/3 interest representing her own interest in the land.
