William P. Eubanks

Second Generation

William Pinkney Eubanks was the first born child of James and Frances (Massey) 
Eubanks. He was born about 1825, probably in Fayette Co., Georgia.

1830 GA, Fayette Co., living with parents; listed as male age 5-10.

1840 GA, Murray Co., living with parents; listed as male age 10-15.

William P. (possibly Pinkney) was a farmer. He married Sarah (maiden name unknown) 
about 1845 probably in Murray County, Georgia. Sarah was born 1827 Georgia. Their first 
two children were Frances born 1846 and John Pinckney born 1848.

By 1860 William had moved to Greene County, Arkansas, along with his parents, to Cache Township.
By now, four children had been added to the household, Julius born about 1852, Sonara Sarah born
about 1854, Joseph Buchanon "Buck" born December 1856, and Allie Aminta "Minnie" born May 1860.

William and Sarah continued to live in Cache Township in 1870, with
the birth of additional children, James P. "Posey" born 1863, Henry Gordon "Gord" 
born March 1865, and Thomas Lee born 15 June 1869.

William P. Eubanks died before 18 July 1876 in Greene County. Probate Book 3, page 
36, William Norman, adm., appointed during the July term. 

Sarah may have died before 1880, as she does not appear in the 1880 Greene County census.
