History:  (WE3 #2, 3) - Doctor Treadle abducted Bandit, a dog, Tinker, a cat, and Pirate, a rabbit, from their suburban homes and equipped them with cybernetic battlearmor and brain implants as part of a USAF bioengineering project. The animals, dubbed 1, 2 and 3 were WE3, a revolution in military operations meant to replace human operatives. When a presidential hopeful ordered them decommissioned and escaped the lab Treadle prepared to unleash the cybernetic pit bull 4. 4 killed 3, but 1 and 2 cooperated to fight back against their larger opponent. Their fight led to a busy highway, and when an officer responded 4 was ready to rip his throat out, forcing Treadle to remotely detonate bomb in his skull.
