Powers: By utilizing 64th Century technology Kadabra could teleport, perform feats of telepathy, telekinesis, mind over mater and matter transformation. After making a deal with the demon Neron he gained true sorcerous abilities.History: Kadabra felt his magic act paled in comparison to the everyday wonder of the 64th Century, so he stole a time machine and traveled to 20th Century Central City. He committed crimes and used his advanced technology to force applause from onlookers. He was foiled by Flash II and sent back to the 64th Century.
Kadabra returned to the 20th Century on numerous occasions to clash with Flash II and later Flash III.

(JLA #61) - Abra Kadabra, who was under the influence of a Burrower alien with mysterious motivations, had awakened a number of mythic creatures. The Kraken and Cyclopicon battled each other in preparing for the end of the world, causing massive tidal waves until the JLA halted them. Kadabra sent the creatures of Pandora’s box to battle the heroes. Kadabra was defeated when Plastic Man removed the Burrower from his head, the JLA took the alien to the Watchtower to examine it, and the mythic monsters went back to where they came from.
(Flash II #192, 193) - When Gorilla Grodd escaped his cell in Iron Heights he also released Kadabra as a favor to his old ally. When Flash III arrived at the penitentiary Kadabra wanted to help Grodd take the hero down, but Grodd told him to leave.
(Flash II #207, 208) - Keystone City; Kadabra, Plunder, Tar Pit and Trickster II disrupted a parade honoring Flash III. Kadabra summoned the Flash’s old enemies the Golden Giants from millions of years in the past and dropped them in the middle of the parade. They were defeated by Flash I, Flash III and Kid Flash II, but Kadabra escaped by returning to the 64th Century.
(Flash II #217) - Kadabra and the Rogues held a funeral for Captain Boomerang in Avernus.
