Powers: Adaigo wore body armor with a frame-reference field that could slow time. He had a dial on his belt that shot beams of force, and used a teleportation device. He utilized stasis cubes that could put a target in suspended animation.

History: (Showcase '93 #3) - Adagio was a law enforcement agent sent to recapture a fugitive alien who'd made her way to Earth. He didn't have a physical description o her, only the I.D. icon behind her right ear. He arrived on Earth and froze time in a five-block radius to look behind the ears of everyone present to find his target. The police called in the Flash to investigate the timefreeze, but when he confronted Adagio, the lawman didn't ant Flash interfering in his investigation, and subdued him. Adaigo found his target, but the timefreeze didn't affect her, and she got the drop on him with a bgun. Flash recovered in time to disarm her, and Adagio thanked him for his assistance before teleporting away with his prisoner.
