History: (Midnight, Mass. #7 (fb) - BTS) - Adam Kadmon's family had been involved in researching and battling the occult for hundreds or possibly thousands of years. Adam's father rejected this life calling, and insisted that his son follow suit. Adam wouldn't listen and trained under his grandparents and uncle the Amazing Kadmon. This caused a rift between Adam and his parents, and they stopped speaking to him.

(Midnight, Mass. #1, 3, 6 (fb) - BTS) - Over the course of twelve years the Kadmons (Adam and his wife Julia) gained a reputation as the world's foremost paranormal detectives, battling such menaces as Magellen, Jack Sparks, the Skin Bishops and Dr. Sugarman.

(Midnight, Mass #1, 3 (fb) -BTS) Adam and Julia hired a pair of assistants who later came to an unfortunate end.

(Midnight, Mass. #2, 3 (fb)) - Derry, New Hampshire; The Kadmons were called in to investigate an alarming number of missing persons reports, and found out that the monsters behind all this were Arturo and Magellen. The Kadmons suffered a rare defeat, and decided to hire a new assistant to help them with field-work.

(Midnight, Mass. #1) - The Kadmons hired Jenny Swan as their personal assistant. To give her a taste of what that job entailed they brought her along to Boston, where U.S. customs found a box meant for Adam's grandfather. The box contained a Terrortactile, a supernatural assassin that the Kadmons were forced to destroy.

(Midnight, Mass. #4, 5, 6) - Harmon O'Neill sent the Kadmons on a mission to recover stolen property from the Midwives of Kali. They defeated the Midwives and the evil daughter of Kali only to discover that they hadn't stolen anything from Harmon. Harmon just wanted to keep the Kadmons occupied while he stole the plethora of arcane objects of power from their home. One of those items was a box containing the spirit of Saatet-Ta, an old enemy of the Amazing Kadmon. Harmon let Saatet-Ta possess him, but the Kadmons defeated them with the assistance of the good daughters of Kali, whom Harmon had previously forced into serving him.

(Midnight, Mass. #8) - The Kadmons found out that Jenny had been tormented her entire life by the ghosts of three dead angels, Arzal, Paraqlitos and Sartael. They destroyed these ghosts by summoning an angel that owed the Kadmons a family debt.
