History:  The Agenda was a secret scientific enclave led by Contessa, the long-lived former romantic interest of Lex Luthor. They were determined to influence the future of Earth's superhumans, and to that end they influenced the D.E.O. to harass Young Justice while the Agenda infiltrated the heroes as well as Project Cadmus. Contessa recruited Klarion to regress Earth's adult heroes to the age of children, while advancing the adge of Earth's young heroes to adulthood.
