Powers: Alea's crystalline exoskeleton gave her superhuman strength and durability.

History: Alea's boyfriend Guy Blackfoot was killed by the extraterrestrial D'rahn, and in the confontration the D'rahn altered her mind and body, giving her superhuman powers. She joined Backlash's Wildcore to combat the alien menace.

(The Authority I #16) - When Jacon Krigstein unleashed his superhuman army on the world the Authority called in Wildcore and several Stormwatch reservists to fend them off.
