Powers: Yeasmir was a master diplomat and negotiator, his specialty being boundary disputes. Like all Gil'Dishpas Yeasmir possessed the powers of long-range telepathy and could create interdimensional space-warps that allowed him to travel great distances of time and space instantaneously.

History: Having proved time and again to be a valuable mediator, Yeasmir was brought in by the U.P. to negotiate the Khundia / United Planet peace talks, but an unexpected attack by Omen and Prophet forced Yeasmir to flee back to Gil'Dishpan. After the Legion of Super-Heroes defeated the villains Yeasmir returned to mediating between the U.P. and Khunds. The Khunds got belligerent and talks between the groups went south, so Yeasmir once again left.

Due to the events of Zero Hour Yeasmir's existence was erased from DC continuity.
