Powers: Angrak was a metal giant possessing superhuman strength and durability, armed with a hammer and claw hand. His electronic brain followed any instructions it was fed from a control room in his head.

History: (Green Lantern I #7) - Angrak was a goiant robot created by the warlike Core-People, inhabitants of the moon. Green Lantern interfered in their war against the peaceful Selenites, and humiliated their king Gorral, so Gorral fired up Angrak, and used him to rampage on the Selenites city. GL battled him in Angrak's control center located in his head, and Gorral fell to his death. GL ordered the robot to destroy itself, and it complied by smashing itself against a craggy cliff, and then tearing apart what remained of itself with its' powerful arms.
