Powers: As a Green Lantern, Chep wielded a power ring fueled by willpower and capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields.

History: (Green Lantern Corps II #16) - Artis Chep was a Green Lantern rookie that participated in the Battle for Mogo during the Sinestro Corps War. he was almost killed battling Sinestro Corps soldiers when he made the newbie mistake of forgetting to keep his shield up.
