Powers: As a Green Lantern, Arx wielded a power ring fueled by willpower, and capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields. 

History: (Green Lantern / Sinestro Corps: Secret Files #1) - Arx had a competitive edge since birth, and prided himself in outdoing his twin brother in every endeavor. When he was chosen to be a Green Lantern he enjoyed rubbing it in his brothers face. The GLC have found that Arx has no sense of comaraderie.
