Powers: Baron Blitzkrieg wore a protective suit of armor and had psychic abilities that let him alter the physical functions of his body. He could control his metabolism, alter his musculature to give himself brief bursts of supoerhuman strength, and channel heat beams through his eyes.History: Reiter was Prussian nobleman, and a favorite of Adolf Hitler during WWII. He was assigned a position as a concentration camp commandant, and the prisoners quickly grew to despise him. One newly arrived prisoner threw acid in his face, and Hitler's scientists did their best to repair his damaged body. The scientists tested a long-awaited scientific programming on him, unlocking his untapped mental powers. As Baron Blitzkrieg he served as a tool of the Nazis, and clased with the All-Star Squadron.
(Damage #6) - <1964> Blitzkrieg pursued Phantom Lady through a blizzard because he had plans for her unborn child. A temporal distortion field caused Damage, Steelhawk, and Iron Munro, the father of the unborn child, to arrive in the past. Blitzkrieg fought off Munro and ran off with Phantom Lady. Immediately after Munro and Damage returned to the future. Blitzkrieg would later falsely claim to have killed Phantom Lady.
(Damage #3) - The Baron, aided by the Wahrman family, set up a drug-running organization with the intention of introducing Stardust, a nanite-based drug, into the streets of Georgia. He killed two undercover agents from the Bureau of Meta-Human Affairs that were trying to stop him, and was warned by his benefactor that Iron Munro was on his trail. He dispatched his henchman Steelhawk to kill Munro.
(Damage #4, 5) - The Baron hacked into the Bureau of Meta-Human Affairs and learned that Sarge Steel had put Iron Munro on his trail. Munro found one of Baron’s warehouse he used for storing Stardust, and the Baron and his men confronted him. The hero Damage was battling Troll alongside Wyldeheart, and their fight ended up in the warehouse. After Damage killed Troll, Baron’s men trained their guns on the heroes. The Baron promised Munro that their decades long conflict was almost at an end. During their fight the warehouse exploded. Things turned in the Baron’s favor when Steelhawk arrived to attack the heroes
(Damage #0) - The Baron met with Nadjia Wahrman and Vandal Savage in cyberspace and decided to give it another go at capturing Damage. They all believe amage’s DNA would unlock the mystery of the metagene, and Vandal Savage promised to clone new superhuman bodies for the Baron and Nadjia. The Baron secretly planned to betray them and use Damage’s DNA to remove the metagene from humanity. He viewed the countless superhumans in existence as competition.
(JSA #81 (BTS)) - Blitzkreig and the Society attacked Lierty Bell, and she lost control over her powers.
