Powers: The Baron possessed limited psychic abilities, and was physically bound to his Georgetown mansion. The mansion was connected to the timestream, and could moves through the past at Winters command.

History: Baron Winters past was mostly a mystery, and his own stories of his past were suspect. He studied magic in an extradimensional realm, and broke the rules of his society by falling in love with another student. Their brief union resulted in a son, Gowon, who grew to hate his father because he was emotionally distant to everyone around him, including his scion. Winters could travel through time in his Georgetown mansion, and claimed to have been a wizard and advisor for emperors and warriors. He claimed he'd manipulated many famous men of history, and was manipulated by many more. Baron Winters assembled the Night Force to solve mysteries that interested him, or search out evil for a fee.
