Powers: Bat Lash was skilled with guns and his fists. He was extremely charismatic and a skilled gambler.

History: Bat Lash killed a crooked sheriff's deputy in self-defense, and when he was on the run his parents farm was stolen and they were murdered. On the run from the law he went in search of the killer. He developed a charismatic personality as a romantic with a flower in his hat.

(DCU Holiday Bash #3) - During the Christmas season Bat Lash came upon Outlaws forcing a farmer to hand over his property to him. The outlaws told him to get lost, but he soon returned and fought them off. He told the farmer  daughter he returned because he saw mistletoe and wanted a kiss from her.
