History: (Power of Shazam II #1, 2) - Beautia attended a high class dinner party hosted by Sinclair Batson, and was overjoyed to see Captain Marvel as one of the attendees. She was still enthralled by him, and made him dance, despite his obvious discomfort. Marvel made an excuse to bow out, and Beautia was frustrated that he didn’t realize she always got whatever and whoever she wanted. The dinner party was attacked by the Arson Fiend, and it wasn’t long before Sinclair’s house was in flames. Shazam temporarily took away Captain Marvel’s powers, so as Billy Batson he led the party guests to a dumbwaiter, remembering the location from when he played in the Batson mansion as a child. Beautia was grateful to be saved, but the dumbwaiter led to a wine cellar, and she was freaked out by the spiders. Captain Marvel, his powers restored, battled the Fiend, who unsuccessfully tried to take Beautia hostage. Beautia rewarded Marvel by stealing another kiss.

(Power of Shazam II #7) - Sterling Morris, head of WHIZ radio, needed to protect his interests in reporter Billy Batson, so he needed the boy to get better grades. Beautia knew Billy was close with Captain Marvel, so she volunteered to be his tutor. She told him she was a Yale graduate, possessing brains and beauty.
