Powers: As a Green Lantern, Blish wielded a power ring fueled by willpower and capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields. 

History:  (Green Lantern IV #19) - Blish euthanized a pack of carnivores devouring a boy on Graxos III. He thought he was rescuing the young girl Karu-Sil from the animals, but didn t realize she was insane, and that the carnivores had adopted her into their pack. Karu-Sil was enraged, and Blish took her to an asylum on Graxos IV.
