History: (Hawkman IV #1) - Bloque made a name for himself as the most notorious superhuman hit man in St. Roch. He was hired by Kristopher Renard Roderic to kill Hawkman and Hawkgirl, who were interfering in his schemes of recovering rare and powerful artifacts. Bloque got the jump on Hawkman, but once Hawkgirl observed the fight and teamed up with her friend they easily dispatched the villain.
